Test Notes.
|
Test notes (also called test bills) are pieces of papers used to test money-handling machines like ATM or counters. These test notes have similar characteristics of money (same shape, size, thickness, printing characteristics, etc). This one above is the Scrooge McDuck test note printed by Ascom, a company that makes ATMs (amongst other things). And of course, people collect them - in fact, one of the best places to find test notes are in the trash cans of conventions where currency handling device manufacturers show their products! |
